Ordering

Our e-commerce website allows you to browse our products, select your goods, place your order and pay online using your debit or credit card through Paypal or by cheque.

Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit or debit card through Paypal. Paypal offers a particularly safe and secure solution to purchasing goods online, please go to our Privacy page for more information.

If you prefer not to order online please send us details of your order, including product code numbers and quantity required, accompanied by a cheque to cover the cost of your order plus delivery. You can see the exact cost of you order with delivery by adding your goods to the online shopping basket without completing the payment process. Please remember to include your delivery address so that we can send your goods!

If you pay by cheque you will need to make it payable to The Good Soap Company for the full order cost including delivery and send it to:

As soon as your cheque has cleared (please allow 5-7 working days) your order will be despatched.

Delivery

At present we only deliver our products within the United Kingdom. For details about delivery costs please go to our Delivery Costs page. Most orders are sent out within a day or two of being received by us. We use Royal Mail First Class service if your total basket weight is less than 4kg and your parcel will typically arrive 2-3 working days after despatch. As we cannot guarantee Royal Mail's service we ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery.

If you are not at home when your post arrives you will be left a collection notice and your parcel will be taken to the nearest Royal Mail Collection Point for you to collect later.

For a total basket weight of 4kg or over we use Royal Mail Standard Parcels sevice or a courier.

If you have a particularly urgent order, please e-mail us and we will do our best to accommodate you with an appropriate delivery sevice.
