Refunds and Returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please e-mail us or phone us on 0845 4186584 within 7 days of receipt . We will arrange to either refund the full cost including delivery charge or send replacement goods. We may ask you to safely pack and return faulty goods to us and, if found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will of course refund your costs.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order please contact us by e-mail or phone us on 0845 4186584 within 7 days of receipt. We will ask you to safely pack and return the goods in unused, saleable condition and when we receive them will make a refund to you. The original cost of postage will not be refundable. Please note that if goods arrive incomplete, used or damaged the refund will be reduced.
